NC Chic Living began with a love for apartments, resident stories and the way people make a space feel like home. It grew into something larger: a social-first media company documenting how people living in NC really live.

To make life in North Carolina feel human, entertaining, honest, useful and worth talking about.
Who we talk to
Natives and transplants. Longtime residents and people who just moved. Students, renters, homeowners, visitors and people considering a move. The variety of perspectives is the whole point.
Editorial approach
The people who live here should help tell the story. We hand over the mic on sidewalks, in apartments and outside restaurants, and let people answer for themselves. The answers can be funny, informative, nosy, relatable, nostalgic, opinionated, unexpected or just genuinely useful.
